The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay.
No parking is allowed except in the driveway (4 vehicle maximum).
No parking along the street or in the grass.
Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times.
BBQ Grill must remain in its original place and not be moved. Grill must be cleaned by guest after use and the propane must be turned off. There will be a $35 extra fee deducted from the security deposit if grill is left dirty or the propane is left on.
All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers.
Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay.
Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur.
Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair.
Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems.
No candles allowed on property.
There is no direct access to the canal allowed.
All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 24 hours of the booking.
- If we find you have brought an unauthorized pet onto the property without approval, you will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $500.
This is a home in a residential neighborhood. Loud music or loud/disruptive guests are now allowed. Noise complaints from the neighbors may be grounds for your reservation to be canceled. Refunds paid based on the cancellation policy.
If you have a stay that is 3 weeks or longer, we require a mid-stay clean for you and your guests. This will be an additional cleaning fee. This will include a full refresh of towels, linens and clean of the home.

September-11 2024The house was perfect for our family reunion. There was enough room for all 14 of us. Because we literally spent the weekend at the house we didn't need it to be close to everything even though it was conveniently located to the area's actvities. The grocery store was 2 minutes away and the kitchen was nicely stocked for all the cooking we did. The pool itself wound up being all the entertainment we needed for the kids while we visited. A relaxing back porch made it a nice place to gather and the separate spaces inside the house allowed for moments of privacy.

There were plenty of things for babies which was very useful because I have a baby myself. It was just a wonderful stay and we will definitely be looking at more locations where they have property!

The area is beautiful and location couldn’t have been more convenient. We even met a few very friendly neighbors. I highly recommend this home!

January-15 2025This home was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! We came for a conference at Florida Southwestern State and it was great to have such a nice place to come home to each night. We had a minor plumbing issue one night and the host was so responsive in sending a plumber out to make sure everything was working properly and everything was so smooth! Our only downside was it was too cold to use the pool, so we'll definitely have to come back and hope for better weather!

It was in a great location close to different beaches, restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again!

The community was beautiful and peaceful. This house had everything we needed to accommodate our family. We hope to return in the future. The hosts were great and very responsive.

We traveled by plane so I was grateful for all of the amenities that were provided (pack n play, beach equipment, etc.). Additionally the pool area and patio were truely IDEALIC - perfect for little kids and so peaceful and private.

May-15 2025I enjoyed the stay, the place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The AC went out but came back on later that night and the host helped us as much as they could due to it being a holiday they quickly had someone there first thing in the morning. Only issue we had is that our party had four SUVs and the rule was to park the cars in the garage and driveway. It was hard getting them in there with the extra stuff in the garage. We had to crawl out the back of the car to get out of the vehicle. That was a pain but overall all we really enjoyed our stay and the place was just want we needed

The pool area is perfect and we loved that there was a child fence that we could put up around the pool. Communication was very thorough and always responded within minutes.
